Abstract :
Mostly people who can read a particular language are able to access the information that is available in digital form. Different people speaking different languages can be provided with the knowledge of the digital world with the help of language technologies by making it an interface. As India is a multi-lingual society, these technologies play a very crucial role. Especially for Devanagari (Marathi) language for which there is very few work done and research carried out. In this paper I proposed a new technique known as mapper method of text to speech conversion systems for Devanagari (Marathi) language. The proposed system is more feasible and easier than the earlier methods used for Marathi Text-To-Speech. Also in this proposed cognitive method the accuracy of the result is approximately 70-80%.
