Abstract
This article uses real parameters of a domestic conventional heavy trucks for basic dates, using Solidworks software as 3D platform, the structure model of the full floating cab air suspension system is designed and created, and the model is imported into ADAMS to simulate and analyze, importantly analysis the natural vibration frequency of vehicle cab suspension system. Through the change of damping coefficient of lateral deoscillator in the back suspension system, the function of lateral deoscillator is analyzed at the same time. At last ride comfort test of sample car on the road, root mean square values of weighted acceleration is used in the directions of XYZ to analyze performance of suspension system.
