Multilingual Information Service Platform for University Digital Library

Access to academic information is an important work of university digital library construction. Multilingual academic information has high academic value for college teachers, students, and other researchers. This paper discusses the study and design of a multilingual information service platform for university digital library. First, the system´s physical architecture is introduced. Second, it describes the logical structure of the system. Then the paper puts forwards some core technologies which would be used to implement the platform, and the implementation routes and approaches of multilingual information service. Finally, it concludes with some suggestions that as long as the relationship between users and the technology development can be balanced, the effective multilingual information service platform for university digital library could be constructed before long.
