Abstract :
Thin-film piezoceramic resonators are expected to play an important role in future telecommunications systems as frequency control and selection elements. This stems from their high piezocoupling and low cost; the combination of high coupling with moderate loss values makes electrical characterization difficult. We give here improved electrical equivalent circuits, and contrast them with those circuits traditionally used
