Abstract :
Experimental design is offered as an empirical method of sensitivity analysis. In particular, the use of uncontrollable factors and second-order effect estimates are suggested to ensure robustness of the system to parametric uncertainty. An augmentation to Yates´ (1937) algorithm for 3/sup k/ factorial designs is described.
