Abstract :
In this paper, a novel image enhancement method is presented. Firstly, an image filter based on Particle Swarm Optimization is adopted to eliminate noise. And then, image enhancement by Particle Swarm Optimization and DWT is presented to improve image quality. Experimental results demonstrate that this method outperforms the existing well-known methods.
