Abstract :
We demonstrate metal nano-aperture VCSELs for sub-wavelength optical near-filed probing with strong plasmon enhancement. The plasmonic VCSEL structure is useful for achieving high-resolution optical near-field probes as well as for controlling the polarization of VCSELs
