Abstract :
The quick development of Internet is changing people´s lifestyles and learning styles, and also bring new opportunities and challenges for the traditional moral education in the classroom. Based on the modern teaching theories and the various internet functions and resources, the web-based moral education is developing prosperously in China. Therefore, how to develop, design, and perfect the web course concerns every moral education worker. Under the new background those who work on the web-based moral education must be clear about teaching objectives of web-based moral education, select carefully the teaching contents, innovate the interface, strengthen its teaching and improve its evaluation system, thus promoting the quick development of web-based moral educationcourse.
