PerCom 2011 PhD Forum: Fourth annual PhD Forum on pervasive computing and communications - committees and welcome

I am pleased to introduce the 2011 IEEE PerCom PhD Forum. The PhD Forum provides promising students in areas relevant to the PerCom conference to present and receive feedback on their research. The 2011 forum was organized as a combination of an open poster session during the PerCom conference and a closed working session before the conference. The open session during the conference encourages interaction among the students and other members of the community from academia, industry, and government. The working session allows the students to work in close collaboration with seasoned researchers in the field on crafting a research agenda and message.
