  • Abstract
    The working principle of Augment Common-Rail Injection System. The reason and the influence of pressure oscillation in the pumping chamber of the electric-controlled pressure amplifier were analyzed. Designed the slide-valve plunger coupled parts which could eliminate the severe pressure fluctuation during the pumping chamber while the effect of pressurizing wasn´t weaken. The influence caused by the position of valve port and shape of valve port and size of valve port were analyzed. The prototype was manufactured and the experimental investigation on this was carried out.
