Abstract
The National Engineering Education Delivery System (NEEDS) consists of a database of multimedia lesson modules and networked courseware studios, offices, and classrooms. Delivery systems, the computer workstations and peripherals used to create, access, and display lesson modules from the NEEDS database, are found at each step in the process of bringing a lecture from the conceptual planning stage to the actual classroom presentation. Current and future delivery systems work is examined
