Abstract :
Integrated the system science and security system and combined the security features of the power systems, the security engineering capability maturity model (SSE-CCM) of power systems is built. The assessment model is proposed and the whole electric power equipment operation security condition assessment system (EPEOSCAS) is established based on the fuzzy theory and group analytic hierarchy process (AHP) in this paper. Furthermore, the assessment system based on J2EE is designed. It is a meaningful research both in theory and practice.
