Abstract
This paper discusses a progress in improving a touchdown accuracy of an aerial payload delivery over the course of the last decade and overviews new applications brought by the smallest and most accurate systems. Specifically, the paper reviews the key features of a Blizzard aerial delivery system and introduces several research projects on delivery of small payload / sensors / ground robots and establishing short-range short-term mesh networks.
