  • Abstract
    Abstract-this paper discusses advantages and disadvantages of Gaussian model and Harmful duration and area estimation model for environmental accident Prediction in the atmosphere, then compare with two methods of picture characterization. The picture characterization of Harmful duration and area estimation model based on GIS gets space-time distribution as well as the real-time information about concentration of contamination, so managements can send early warning promptly, dispersing crowds, reasonable emergency Resource allocation and rescuers organization.
