Abstract
Growth is important for measuring the operating situation and development prospects of listed small-and-medium enterprises (SMEs), and there are many affecting factors. This paper take 111 listed companies from the A-share market as a sample, analyze the impact of the large shareholders on the growth of these SMEs. The paper chooses the net asset increase as the measure indicator for the growth of listed SMEs. Through simple group analysis, this paper studies the difference of the growth under the condition of different equities nature and different control types. The paper studies the impact of the equities ratio of the largest shareholder on the growth of the SMEs under the condition of different equities nature through regression analysis.
