Abstract
A conceptual model of G2G e-government information sharing is set up to explore what factors influence participation in G2G e-government information sharing for government agencies. It is tested through empirical research taking the samples of economical and financial information sharing. It is showed that legal/policy environments, program championship agencies, leader´s support, IT capability, process traceability and organizational hierarchy have significant influence on the participation of electronic information sharing across agencies.
