Abstract :
Orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) can realize higher speed access within the limited bandwidth of the physical layer, so it is widely used in the field of wireless and wired communications with poor channel environment. Compared to the OFDM technology in other communication systems, OFDM technology used in the Ethernet Over Coaxial Access Networks (ECAN) of this paper mainly refers to the OFDM technology in the physical layer of Homeplug AV. In this paper based on the given OFDM-PHY transmission mode, a simulation platform of the whole system is realized, and simulation results of the system bit error ratio (BER) under different noise circumstances are presented.
