  • Abstract
    This paper introduces a new method for data clustering.This method is proposed to divide data into clusters or regions. Different regions or clusters, which are used to calculate code words, have been designed by using the line of symmetry approach. This line of symmetry is rotated by a predefined angle to divide the complete data set into small clusters. These codewords are then used to represent the complete data set. The algorithm discussed is for lossy data compression.
