Abstract :
In this study, Shinnar-Le Roux algorithm is introduced to optimize the selective excitation pulses to meet the needs of slice selection in magnetic resonance imaging technique. Moreover, the SLR pulse can be customized attributes for its good slice profile with no sidelobes and very small rejection ripples. Finally, simulation results of SLR pulses with different flip angles are compared with the classical method.
