Abstract :
Smart Grids is a common denominator for a wide range of developments that make medium and low voltage grids more intelligent and flexible than they are nowadays. Main motive for Smart Grid initiatives is that such developments improve reliability of supply and/or support the trend towards a more sustainable energy supply.
