Abstract
This paper presents a 3D finite element method to simulate the electric field distribution in a reverberation chamber. The chi-square distribution for the square of electric field is obtained. The technique is effective to check the chi-square distribution and uniformity of the defined working volume at different frequencies close to lowest useable frequency with only one-time discretization of the chamber and objects in the chamber.
