Abstract
The goals, organization, and operating procedures of SUCCEED (Southeastern University and College Coalition for Engineering Education), a coalition of the engineering colleges of eight southeastern US universities committed to a comprehensive revitalization of undergraduate engineering education, how the evolving strategic plan of the coalition is effecting and will require alterations in the present organizational structure. This proposed evolution draws on the success that has been realized through team efforts emphasizing TQM (total quality management)
