Abstract :
Research and concepts from the human resource training literature are applied to end user training. Systems theory and models of strategic human resource management are used to analyze its organizational implications. A framework viewing end user training as a critical subset of the human resource subsystem is proposed. A conceptual guide is developed that integrates strategic, managerial, and operational levels of decision-making
