Abstract :
Stress and comfort are inversely related; when stress and strain are decreased, comfort and effective strength are enhanced. The Health Care Keyboard (HCK) was designed so that each of the three keyboard sections can be adjusted to the most comfortable position for the hands of each individual. The goal was to provide an ergonomically-valid alternative to the conventional computer keyboard, thereby permitting each individual to enjoy natural posture of the hands and wrists while either sitting or standing. The demonstrated result has been an increase in both comfort and productivity
