Abstract :
Meteorologic Automatic Observation Information Sharing Platform which realizes using ESRI Corporation newest issue ArcIMS9.2, dynamic reflect rainfall, the wind,warm,press, wet, the state of moisture retention, the ultraviolet ray, the lightning localization and so on, and can inquire the statistical result by stick plot, line chart and form. The system has provided open and sharing platform for automatic observation information, thus can direct operator to make correct decisions. Now the system has been checked and accepted by HeNan weather bureau and obtained a better application in Henan meteorological services. This article elaborated the system architecture, the data organization as well as the function realization and so on several aspect contents.
