The Analysis of High-Tech Achievements Transformation Based on Value Chain

High-tech achievements transformation process is a complex process which is related with many factors; in order to acquire the ability of the transformation, the process of high-tech achievements transformation must be clearly understood. Firstly, this paper describes the meaning of high-tech achievements transformation, the theory of value chain which is used to analyze the high-tech achievements transformation and its significance of analyzing the process. Secondly, the theory of value chain analyzes the process of high-tech achievements transformation that includes five main bodies, providers, users, intermediaries, investment and financing institutions and governments, which involves the achievements, information, fund, policies and other resources flow. Finally, through the above analysis, raise some measures to increase the efficiency of the high-tech achievements transformation process.
