Abstract
The resonant pole inverter has the advantages of less component count and simple operation but the disadvantage is that the zero voltage switching can only be achieved for a very small load range. A new modulation technique is proposed to ensure the zero-voltage-switching to be maintained. Comparison of the proposed method to other modulations and inverters is presented. Theoretical and experimental results are shown
