Implications of cloud computing for computer science education

This research aimed to probe the implication of Cloud Computing in computer science education and how to develop environment of cloud cooperative learning. The subjects made out the questionnaire answered by pen and paper, convenience sampling senior students of the some class from a Institute of Technology in south Taiwan, and interviewed some of the students as an auxiliary. And then summarized and analyzed the information based on the contents of the answers. The result is as follows: (1) The combination of the implication of Cloud Computing in computer science education, traditional cooperative learning and collaborative learning becomes cloud cooperative learning, which aims to solve problems.(2)To develop cloud cooperative learning environment, integrating cloud technics, phenomenon and concepts into cooperative learning is required to achieve educational purpose, using available information platform and tools.(3) Design of cloud cooperative learning requires thinking about three aspects: learning cognitive, affective and skills.
