Abstract
The nonlinear equations of a frequency-controlled induction motor in artificial axes are linearized with a view to stability and dynamic analysis of its open-loop operation. Motor response to different voltage/frequency inputs is studied via digital simulation of the original nonlinear equations, and results are analyzed with the aid of transfer functions derived at a series of working points on the basis of the linearized version
