Abstract :
A set of digitized measuring system of arc voltage for high voltage circuit breaker has been set up successfully in an industrial high power laboratory. It functions normally even in the environment of intensive electromagnetic interference. It can get the waveform of arc voltage accurately during the arcing period, and withstand the transient recovery voltage during the extinction of arc. When the arc voltage is measured, conductor´s voltage across the two measured points shall impose on the arc voltage. Through high precise compensation of computer software, the influence of conductor´s voltage on the arc voltage is limited to the minimum, gaining the desired arc voltage as far as possible. Therefore the accurate arc voltage can be obtained through the measuring system.
