  • Abstract
    In this paper, an ideal proposed that improving the accuracy of the road information by enhancing the quality of image source. Apply the image information fusion algorithm that based on HIS transform and wavelet transform to the multi-spectral remote sensing images and QuickBird panchromatic remote sensing images fusion, the experimental results show that the quality of image source is substantially improved, and this ideal inaugurate a method for extract road information by the use of satellite remote sensing images accurately.
