  • Abstract
    With the frequent occurrence of corporate scandals worldwide in the recent 10 years, special attention has been paid to the perfection of corporate governance system. Based on an analysis of the ethicality of corporate governance from various perspectives, this paper concludes that the perfection of corporate governance system should be ethically oriented.
