Abstract :
Large amounts of literature from different points define CRM (Customer Relationship Management). It is summed up as “business-oriented” and “technology-oriented”. CRM and other widely used mature technology are summed up as in a trend integrated. In terms of theory and applications, CRM is developing toward the combination of “business” and “technology”.
