Abstract :
Fluid magnetic abrasivetool(FMA) is one kind of new rigid burnished abrasivetool which is a sort of suspended fluid composed by soft magnetism atom, external active reagent, base fluid etc, and it has great characteristics of magnetortheologital and abrasive. Practically, the stabilization of FMA will affect the results of the process and the longitude of the work piece. In this paper, though the precise analogy we have proved that adding polyacrylic acid (PPA) to characterize FMA is a pretty good way. At the same time, a certain quantity of nanometre silicon dioxide needs to be added as modified additive.
