Abstract :
Nowadays we need read the Electric energy allowance of the watt-hour meter timely when we replace it, and the device in this paper can help us realize this function. This device structures include CPU, buttons, display, communication and other modules. The CPU type is STM32F101V8T6, display module type is 19264, communication module type is RSM485C. The device´s software system uses a embedded operating system FreeRTOS which devides all works into six tasks and then schedules them. After testing the device, the probability of reading error is less than 0.1%.
