Abstract :
In this paper, noise figure degradation of 900 MHz low noise amplifier (LNA) for UHF RFID due to the power/ground noise is analyzed. To overcome the limitation of previous the noise figure simulation that does not include the effect of power/ground noise, a new noise figure equation, which can include the effect of power/ground noise, is proposed.
