Abstract :
To acquire real loads of wheel loader transmission and to develop dynamics simulation and to analyze machine power for different user, a complete test program and a method of processing signal are proposed. In this article, the transmission torque of wheel loader are tested with the method of four sections per cycle in “V-type” routes. The original signals are filtered by low-passed filter and are eliminated anomalous spikes with the NSOFT. By comparing the effect of processed signal, acquires pure random load-time course. It concludes that one Hz of the low-pass filter frequency is suitable, and the test signal is in line with the actual work of Loader. It provides a effective method of load tested and signal processed on wheel loader transmission.
