Abstract :
It frequently generates vibration in machining, which interferences and disruptions normal cutting process, worsens the machining accuracy and the surface quality and lessens productiveness. The generation of vibration is related to the dynamic characteristics of process systems consisting of machine tools, fixtures, tool and workpiece. It detailed analyzes the main vibration types in turning processing, specifies the causes and the harm of vibration, and puts forward to take measures to decrease or eliminate vibration.
