Abstract :
In according to the technical process of filtrating system and the basic designing principle of electric control system, this system is realized by Siemens S7-200 PLC for the important production process of filtering the product from the fluids in the centrifuge reactor in the petrochemical industry. Depend on the control requirement of the system, the main circuit diagram and control circuit diagram would be designed, and then analysing the internal logic.
