Abstract :
Modal analysis was adopted to analysis vibration of claw-pole alternator stator structure at low-frequency based on ANSYS software in this paper. The mode of vibration and natural frequency were obtained, and then the natural frequency of claw-pole alternator stator was gained according to the calculation formula, comparing the both natural frequency. Statistical energy analysis (SEA) was adopted to predict the vibration of claw-pole alternator stator structure at high-frequency and SEA model was established. Coupling loss factors and internal loss factors were measured. The sound power of claw-pole alternator can gained. Finally, the forecast data and experimental data were analyzed, the vibration characteristic of claw-pole alternator was obtained.
