Abstract :
Non-sinusoidal oscillation of continuous casting mold is an effective approach, which can insure high-quality at high casting speed. Based on sinusoidal oscillation waveform, a non-sinusoidal oscillation equipped with optimum mode virtues can be constructed. By employing paragraph-function, boundary condition and continuity condition, the correspondent analytical expression formulas can be calculated, and then, its technological parameters can be determined Finally, putting matlab procedure into use and optimizing oscillation parameter, the optimal technological parameter limits can be confirmed.
