Study on Defect of Protecting Business Secrets Law

As the most important element of enterprises´ development, business secret can bring considerable benefits and better foreground. So we must enhance the protection of business secrets. At present, we don´t have specific laws concerning about business secret. The laws and regulations are dispersed and incomplete as well lack of dynamics. What´s more, there is no clear definition of the subject of business secrets and there is legal defect in the present law.
