Abstract :
In adaptive array systems, high sidelobe leads to a substantial performance degradation in the presence of unexpected interferences. The adaptive beamforming algorithm can place the null in the direction of the jammer. When the interfere moves quickly or the antenna platform vibrates, it is possible that the weight mismatches the data of measurement due to the perturbation of the interferer location. An approach to the MWF (Multistage Wiener Filter) algorithm with sidelobe control and null widening is proposed in this paper. According to the structure of the MWF, traditional low sidelobe control and null widening method is modified and applied to the MWF. Simulation results verify the validity of this proposed method.
