Abstract :
In this paper, according to the actual working conditions of suspended pipeline sealer, simulation and theoretical analysis of structural strength are carried out. On the platform of FEM, stress and strain of pipeline are analyzed by using software ANSYS. Furthermore, on the basis of critical buckling strain method and mechanical principle, critical buckling strain and actual pressure are calculated. Through comparing the results of the simulation and theoretical calculation, strength assessment of pipe wall and pin is received, without any yield distortion of pipe wall. In addition, strength of pin is testified enough. All in all, the results provide important reference value for the follow-up test.
