  • Abstract
    The dependence on the polarization P on the inner field strength E i shows a distinctive hysteresis for ferroelectric materials. An analog computer calculates these field quantities from the applied field strength Ea and the dielectric displacement D. The experimental set-up is applicable for both AC and DC field measurements. The shape of all field quantities can be adjusted as well. Investigating two common ceramic capacitors, the measurement results of the superpositions of different AC and DC fields are documented
