As China´s Opening Policy deepens, foreign economical and technical cooperation are widening, foreign language talents with innovative spirit are in high demand. How to cultivate students with innovation, creativity, and rich knowledge with strong innovative ability becomes vital task of colleges and universities. This paper however analyses the method from the points of changing teaching ideas and methods, optimizing curriculum, setting up new assessment structure, and puts forward some models of how to cultivate foreign language talents with comprehensive qualities and abilities in colleges.
