  • Abstract
The concept of building a tutorial system to help in using SPICE tools is discussed. A system called the SPICE was built using the Franz Lisp environment. The user can learn how to simulate electrical or electronic circuits, how to use the subcircuit, and how to debug and deal with the error messages. A user with a basic understanding of using computers can update the system´s engineering knowledge. The system has been tested, and it performs as expected
