Abstract :
The IEEE International SOI Conference is a technical forum for the presentation and discussion of research results relating to semiconductor-on-insulator technology. The technical papers deal with a range of topics including materials preparation and characterization, device physics, modeling, circuit fabrication and applications. The Conference is sponsored by the Electron Devices Society of IEEE. Below is a brief history of the Conference.
