Abstract :
Aimed at the common brain drain problem in the enterprise which caused by the mismatch between knowledge staff and position requirements, this paper has taken both their needs into consideration and calculated the satisfaction degrees of knowledge staff to position requirements and position requirements to knowledge staff separately. Then according to the satisfaction ranking results and combining two-sided matching algorithm, the paper has provided a knowledge staff arrangement plan which brings mutual satisfaction.
