After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

This paper examines the impact of financial innovation and financial deepening on regional liquidity management. The empirical results, applied the data of Zhejiang province, demonstrates that the outcomes in absorbing excess liquidity between financial innovation and financial deepening are quite different. In the short-term, the method of financial deepening by raising the real interest rate to realize regional liquidity management could be rejected; However, through financial innovation, adjusting the regional financial structure will do help to absorb the regional excessive liquidity.
